A leading player in the FMCG industry is seeking a FP&A Manager to drive consolidation, analysis, and strategic financial planning across the APAC region. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to multiple countries and the chance to enhance finance processes at a regional level.

Your new role

As a Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a key role in driving strategic financial decisions through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning, performance tracking, and investment evaluation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the consolidation of monthly, annual, and statutory financial results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) across APAC.
• Develop, standardise, and maintain financial reporting templates for actuals and budgets.
• Analyse inventory breakdowns and support management reporting requirements.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis for subsidiaries to support strategic decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field with at least 5 to 6 years of managerial experience in financial planning and analysis.

A background in external audit is a plus.
