FP&A Lead

Role purpose Partner with Sales and Finance teams to drive commercial performance through financial analysis, profitability reporting, pricing governance, forecasting, and business insights that support strategic decision-making. Main responsibilities Monitor and analyze sales volume, shipment, depletion, and market share performance. Lead forecasting activities and support S&OP and business planning processes. Manage pricing governance, approvals, and pricing execution controls. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights on key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide training and support to team members as needed. Main requirements Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel or similar tools. Certification in finance or accounting is an asset.
