Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support business decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives. • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on key business decisions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our processes and tools. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar is a plus.
