Aufgaben

In focus stand operational analyses, clean decision-making bases, and building a reliable FP&A function. You'll take care of:

• Analyse of revenues, costs, margins, and vendor structures in the operational business
• Identification and tracking of deviations, anomalies, and inconsistencies
• Participation in monthly reporting as well as support for budget planning and forecasting
• Creation of analyses and decision-making templates for management and investors
• Tight cooperation with Accounting, Operations, and Business Teams to clarify numbers and causes
• Further development of FP&A reports, KPIs, and analysis models
• Support in improving data quality, transparency, and traceability
• Use of modern tools like BI solutions, automation, or AI to increase efficiency

Qualifikation

• Sure command of German and English skills in word and writing

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of FP&A, Controlling, Business Analysis or comparable positions

• Experience in an operational, commercial environment – IT, Services, SaaS or Scale-up

• Very good Excel or spreadsheet skills

• Experience with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Good understanding of cost-, margin- and business logics

• Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity & curiosity for business models

• Structured, reliable work style with high self-responsibility

• Nice-to-haves

• First experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or comparable solutions

• Interest in automation, modern analysis tools and AI applications
