FP&A Analyst

Description
- Lead divisional forecasting, budgeting and long‑range planning, delivering high‑quality analysis that informs Group‑level decisions.
- Provide deep analytical insights on monthly and quarterly performance, including working capital, CAPEX and cashflow.
- Act as the analytical hub for the Division-partnering with Commercial Finance (focused on business‑unit operations) while upholding Group FP&A standards and reporting integrity.
- Consolidate divisional inputs and ensure consistent, comparable reporting across all Automotive business units.
- Identify performance trends, risks and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Drive FP&A process improvement and automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
- Support the development and rollout of standardised forecasting and reporting tools across the Division.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure alignment on financial objectives and commercial drivers.
- Contribute to a high‑performance, insight‑driven finance culture that values continuous improvement.
Profile
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to synthesise, analyse and interpret complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking capability.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively, maintaining clarity and high standards in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
- Comfortable operating under tight timelines in a dynamic, commercially driven setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in financial systems and ERP platforms (TM1 and D365 preferred), with advanced Excel capability.
