FP26/72 - CFO

The resource sought is a leader with authority, reliability, strategic vision, and transversality, a point of reference for the Board, the internal Team, and external stakeholders.

The figure, in coordination with the Finance Director, will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manage and supervise administrative and financial activities, treasury, financial statement processes, corporate compliance, and taxation
• Monitor cash flow, economic-financial KPIs, and company performance, supporting management in strategic decisions.
• Actively support extraordinary operations (M&A, partnerships, joint ventures)
• Support office management activities, fostering internal process efficiency.
• Prepare clear and punctual economic-financial reporting to support management
• Development of the administrative-financial team and oversight of cross-functional relationships with internal functions and stakeholders

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering, or related disciplines; a Master's degree/specialization in Business Administration is a preferential title
• At least 10 years of experience in Administration, Finance, and Control in structured companies, preferably in auditing firms
• Solid knowledge of accounting, financial statements, treasury, and tax aspects;
• Documented experience in managing complex projects, institutional and banking relations;
• Excellent command of Excel and familiarity with company management systems;
• Propensity for innovation, ability, and experience in team management
• Excellent relational and communication skills

Work location: Province of Udine, availability for travel within Italy is required.

Position: Executive

Gross Annual Salary (RAL) 90,000-100,000 + MBO + Car
