We are looking for a founding software engineer for a setup where you will not manage tickets, maintain legacy, or get stuck in endless coordination loops.

Aufgaben

• Develop and be responsible for the overall technical architecture of Bestandsfaktor
• Design central system logics for data, triggers, automation, and routing
• Built the platform so that it can be quickly developed further without ending in chaos
• Make technical decisions with strong product relevance instead of just implementing requirements
• Work together with the founding team to identify which technical levers have the greatest impact
• Lead external developers or freelancers technically and set quality standards
• Built a modern, pragmatic development environment with KI-supported workflows, high speed, and clear quality standards
• Create the technical foundation for a system that is scalable, robust, and strategically valuable
