CoCrafter builds the Operating System (OS) for Subcontractor Management and already counts numerous mid-sized construction and crafts companies across Germany among its customers.

Aufgaben

We are looking for you as our first Product Manager #1 – you should be able to learn quickly and be grown-up enough to handle the challenges of a startup. You plan and develop products from customer conversations that move our customers forward. You will think, design, and develop your own features end-to-end and work closely with our Tech Team. You are part of CoCrafter's creative team and will be in touch with design, conceptual implementation, and application discussions with our users. You will work directly with our Co-Founder and CPO Philipp.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Product Ownership**: You will get end-to-end responsibility for your own product streams.
• Customer Discovery: Direct customer contact in collaboration with our Customer Success. You will lead your own customers through the implementation of features.
• Project Management: Since some of our features are very complex, good project management is essential.

Qualifikation

• Ideal practical experience in product management.
• Good technical understanding (software engineering is not necessary).
• Vantage: Knowledge or experience in the construction and/or crafts industry.
• Proactive work style and the ability to take initiative independently.
• Pleasure working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent German language skills on native speaker level (or comparable).
• Start: Immediately.
