We’re a small, high-ownership team building fast and shipping world-class software used by teams at leading brands. We’re a lean, high-performing team of ~40 people serving global brands including Snap, DeliveryHero, Netflix, Snowflake, and Spotify. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join our founding team as we scale Enjo.ai to become the industry standard for B2B customer service. As a Founding Performance & Growth Marketer (B2B SaaS), you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth, adoption, and retention of our flagship product, Enjo.ai. You will work closely with the CEO and other founding team members to define and execute marketing initiatives that drive business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive growth, adoption, and retention of Enjo.ai. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to develop marketing campaigns that drive business outcomes. • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing initiatives. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors. • Developing and managing budgets for marketing initiatives. • Analyzing and reporting on marketing performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
