Founding Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team of founding engineers. The ideal candidate has: Technical skills: Solid experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystem (Vite, Tailwind CSS, Redux) Advanced knowledge of backend with Node.js/TypeScript, preferably NestJS Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM) Familiarity with integrating AI/ML into applications (Python, OpenAI API, multi-agent systems) Understanding of full stack architecture and frontend-backend integration Experience with processing documents (PDF, Excel, XML) and integrating external APIs Mindset and attitude: Founder mentality: ownership, initiative, strategic thinking Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch Ability to work independently and make technical decisions Focus on impact and results, not just code Curiosity about emerging technologies (AI, fintech) Relevant experience: 3+ years of full stack development Experience in startups or early-stage projects (preferably) Background in fintech or enterprise applications (a plus) Experience with complex systems processing financial data or documents Small team, close collaboration, rapid decision-making Job description: We are looking for a founding full stack engineer to build Finova, a fintech platform with AI for financial management.
