Founding Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Software Engineer to help us build HyperDev from the ground up. This is not a feature-factory role: you’ll work closely with the founders to make foundational decisions about our architecture, product direction, and engineering culture. You’ll take early concepts and help shape them into a world-class developer product, from the backend logic and API integrations to the frontend experience that developers interact with. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can balance multiple priorities, and has a passion for building something new. As one of our first engineers, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the company culture and help us grow from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software products that meet the needs of our users. This includes but is not limited to: designing and implementing scalable architectures, writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of your work. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the development of our engineering culture by sharing knowledge, expertise, and ideas with your colleagues.
