aureas is building the search engine for land plots. Supported by AI, we create initial feasibility analyses for our clients such as project developers and family offices, match land plots with suitable prefabricated products in asset classes such as residential, parking, or hospitality, and calculate costs and returns. With our approach, we deliver feasibility analyses and business cases in hours instead of weeks.

Your Responsibilities

• Development and scaling of our AI-native matching platform from scratch

• Conceptualization and implementation of algorithms for the automated analysis of land plots and real estate projects

• Integration of geodata, planning data, and product catalogs for prefabrication

• Direct collaboration with the founders to shape the technical architecture

• In-depth knowledge of modern programming languages and AI technologies

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges between EUR 65,000 and 95,000.

Your First Months at aureas

You will dive directly into the core development of our platform and actively contribute to shaping the architecture for land plot matching. You will implement initial features for automated feasibility analysis and work closely with the team on the further development of our AI systems.
