Founding Designer (m/f/d)

TL;DR – We are developing AI-powered specialists for the healthcare of tomorrow. Our AI receptionist Luna is already automating patient communication in medical practices today. After establishing ourselves as the market leader in dentistry, we are now taking the next big step: new medical specialties, new countries, new products. As the first designer, you will be responsible for the look of our brand and how our product feels, from the interface that practices use daily to the assets that win us new clients.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of design experience across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio with product (UI/UX) and visual brand work.

• Proficient in the modern design stack and familiar with user-centered design approaches (e.g., Design Thinking).

• Analytics is your craft. You actively use data for design decisions.

• A high degree of self-motivation and a tendency towards implementation rather than endless refinement.

• Quick grasp of new tools, AI-powered workflows, and problems you've never solved before.

• You bring together different requirements and make them simple and clear.

• Native-level German (DACH is currently our most important market) and good English.

What you will do

• You will design the product interfaces of our core product, which practices use daily.

• You will turn unclear problem statements into clear, usable flows, together with our Product Management and Software Engineering.

• You will build and maintain a lean design system so that the entire team can work consistently and in compliance with the brand.

• You will own our visual identity and produce the marketing, event, and social media assets that fuel our growth engine.

• You will make complex AI technology tangible for users in the healthcare system.

• You have taste and will elevate the design quality throughout the entire company.
