Founder's Right Hand / Executive Assistant (Digital-First, m/w/d)

I am building multiple digital companies (including those in the Gaming and Education sectors) and I am looking for an extremely smart right-hand person who helps me structure thoughts, drive projects forward, and implement the first 80% independently and neatly.

This is not a classical assistant role or just administrative work.

You will be working closely with me, thinking together, challenging decisions, and implementing them independently.

Tasks

• You prepare projects from scratch and bring them to 80%
• You structure thoughts, ideas, and decisions
• You research, compare, and test (e.g. tools, funnels, business cases)
• You take on topics that are important but do not yet justify their own process
• You are a sparring partner at eye level

Qualification

• You are extremely smart, think analytically, and work significantly faster than the average.
• You are technologically excellent and use modern tech stacks (AI/LLMs, automation tools) as a lever for maximum efficiency
• You quickly and independently get up to speed in new topics
• You work reliably, discreetly, and with high self-responsibility
• You can switch quickly between contexts and priorities
• You can write clearly and bring thoughts to the point
• Age, degree, or classic life story are not decisive – thinking and speed count

Entrepreneurship is not a job for me, but what I live and love. I am looking for someone who believes in this mindset and wants to grow consciously into it. The role is project-driven, requires initiative and responsibility, and offers a deep dive into real entrepreneurship. If you want to work like that, that's fine.

I have deliberately not revealed all the details about my projects here. Whoever is really smart will figure out what's going on.
