About the Company: Company operates in the consumer products sector, developing intelligent, technology-enabled solutions within the play and learning space. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end finance function including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and business reports Drive investor relations by managing regular communication with existing investors Lead outreach and engagement with potential investors to support fundraising efforts Manage all secretarial and legal compliance matters related to company's financial reporting requirements Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements to relevant authorities Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, partners, and suppliers Provide strategic guidance on financial planning and budgeting processes Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
