About the Role: Associate – Founder's Office The Founder's Office at OLF is a 5-person team that works with the CEO to drive efficiency, governance, and scale across the Vinoba program. As an Associate, you will work on rotational assignments — typically 3-6 months — embedded inside a department (HO or field, across Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh), diagnosing problems, designing systems, and executing improvements end-to-end. When an assignment is complete, you move to the next. This is a role for individuals who are passionate about social impact, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and thrive in ambiguity. You should be comfortable with uncertainty and willing to learn from failures. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a difference, be adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
