Founder's Associate (Working Student)

We are building an AI-first LegalTech company, where people focus on thinking, systems, and decision-making, and AI takes over most of the execution.

We work fast, deploy often, and with high self-responsibility. No rigid hierarchy, no fixed roles, no waiting for approval. If something is missing, we build it.

Mission

As Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the Founding Team on finances, law, ops, and special projects. You will get a direct view of how an early-stage AI company functions, and ensure hands-on that everything runs smoothly and stays in motion.

Tasks

• You will help us build the operational foundation for our growth.
• You will take on special projects, drive initiatives forward, coordinate stakeholders, and keep everything on track.
• You will support the Finance department: reports maintain, invoices collect, payment flows manage.
• You will assist the Growth Team in closing new customers.
• You will plan and organize internal and external events and keep the office running.

Qualification

• Enrolled student, for example, law, business administration, economics, or communication science. Other study programs are also welcome.
• You understand: the best strategies stand on a foundation of implementation.
• You are an early adopter and experiment proactively with AI and automation tools to accelerate your work.
• You like to solve problems and find out how something works.
• You communicate confidently in English and German.
