Founder's Associate (m/f/d)

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy – from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. The core is our AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.

Your Tasks

• Analysis and optimization of processes in the lower funnel and identification of cross-selling potentials (heat pump)

• Creation, tracking, and interpretation of relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs

• Identification of process inefficiencies, including with the help of AI, as well as support in deriving and implementing improvement measures

• Contribution to the development, implementation, and evaluation of measures for the reactivation of lost leads

• Close support/enablement of daily business in Sales, as well as close collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product to implement data-driven optimizations

Your Profile

• First relevant professional experience (1-2 years) in management consulting, venture building, startup environment, or another scaling-oriented, fast-paced environment (Growth Operations/Business Development role)

• High initiative, strong hands-on mentality, and the motivation to drive new topics independently from the initial idea to implementation

• You work in a structured and data-oriented manner, can quickly grasp complex interrelationships, and derive pragmatic recommendations for action from them

• Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus, but not a requirement

• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
