Founders Associate (w/m/d)

Financial transparency, operational excellence, and clear decision-making grounds – this role ensures that the company remains operationally capable while leadership makes effective decisions.

As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with our two CEOs and the Leadership Team. You are an operative sparring partner, structural guide, and implementation anchor at the same time. Your focus is clearly on Finance & Operations (approximately 60-70%), supplemented by HR- und Office-Themen (approximately 30-40%).

Aufgaben

• You ensure financial transparency and operational capability and keep Finance, Cashflow, GuV und Risiken in a dynamic, changing environment in view.
• You are responsible for central Finanz-, Tool- und Prozesslandschaften (e.g. DATEV, HubSpot, Finance-Tracking) and ensure stable, clean processes.
• You steer Forderungsmanagement, Zahlungsverzug und Eskalationen consistently, proactively, and with a clear view of priorities.
• You prepare decisions for our CEOs and the Leadership Team strukturiert, analytisch und mit klaren Empfehlungen – not just as supporting staff, but as an actual sparring partner.
• You define operational standards, processes, and meeting rhythms and ensure that decisions are implemented and follow-ups consistently pursued.
• In addition, you take over HR-, People- und Office-Themen: Onboarding, operative HR questions, service provider management, office organization, and system maintenance.

Qualifikation

• Whether career start or first professional experience: For us, it's not the number of years that counts, but your learning tempo, your sense of responsibility, and your willingness to quickly get involved in complex topics.
• Analytical, data-driven thinking and a good understanding of numbers (Finance, accounting, budgets).
• System- und Prozessdenken instead of just task-oriented work.
• Very good tool affinity (e.g. CRM, finance tools, project management).
• High self-responsibility, structure, and prioritization strength – even under pressure.
• Hands-on mentality, implementation strength, and the expectation to really finish things cleanly.
• Clearness, reliability, and the ability to say no – even to leadership figures.
• You feel comfortable in an environment that continues to develop, is not always perfectly planned, and requires personal initiative.
