Founder's Associate - Working Student Growth & Operations (all genders)

Millions of cars drive through Germany every day, and in most of them, space remains unused. We are changing that.

MUVN connects drivers with free cargo space with people who need to transport something. This is cheaper, insured, and without detours. We are not building a fleet or new logistics for this, but simply making better use of what is already on the road.

You will work 16 to 20 hours per week alongside your studies, directly on our growth. You will take on your own topics and carry them through the semester.

Responsibilities

What you will do with us:

• Business Development
  You will research markets and partner potentials, build and maintain our target customer lists, and prepare discussions. Your research will lead to concrete decision-making bases.
• Operations & Process Optimization
  You will be involved in day-to-day business: You will match items and rides, identify friction in our processes, and make suggestions on how to improve them. Those who are in the process themselves see the most.
• Marketing & Growth
  You will support campaigns and performance marketing, create content, and analyze what really works. Gut feeling is a start. Data is the goal.
• Collaboration with the Founders
  You will work directly with Katharina, Massimo, and Emre. You will see how decisions are made and contribute your perspective.

Where your focus lies depends on your strengths. During our initial meeting, we will see which area suits you.

Qualifications

You are studying business administration, industrial engineering, management, or something similar and are enrolled for the entire duration. Or you have a different background and can still explain why you are exactly the right fit.

What works with us: You think quickly, work in a structured manner, and take ownership of your topic without anyone needing to ask daily. You want to understand how startups really work, not just how they sound on LinkedIn.

You are reliably available for 16 to 20 hours per week and can imagine staying for longer than one semester.
