Develop AI Projects Directly with the Founder

We help entrepreneurs of established companies figure out where AI can truly add value in their business and implement it with them. Our clients are private equity and family offices, owner-managed medium-sized businesses, and e-commerce retailers, and we almost always work directly with the entrepreneur.
With us, you will experience firsthand how companies actually use AI today, sit directly at the table, and pitch in wherever needed. In projects, we work with a permanent network of developers and specialists, you are the first permanent hire.

Your Tasks

• You will support the strategic planning and implementation of AI projects, initially with clearly defined sub-tasks, and after a few months, with your own responsibility for entire project sections.

• You will analyze the processes of established companies and identify concrete application possibilities for Artificial Intelligence.

• You will take over the preparation of concepts, analyses, and solutions.

• You will help set up internal processes, e.g., how we set up projects, write proposals, and store knowledge, and you will have your own ownership for these.

What You Bring

• You learn quickly, and you can prove it. This is the most important criterion for us. We will ask you about something you couldn't do three months ago.

• You have about two years of work experience and have completed projects. Field of study is secondary, mindset trumps field of study.

• You have a basic technical understanding, but you don't have to be a techie. You can explain to a managing director what a tool does and what it doesn't.

• You work with AI tools daily and have already completed real projects with them, not just experimented.

• You ask instead of waiting, and bring suggestions instead of open questions.

• You speak and write German and English fluently.

• You can be relied upon. Our clients allow us to look deeply into their processes, and this trust is also needed among us.

What We Offer

• €45,000 to €55,000 gross per year, depending on experience. Unlimited contract, 40 hours, 6 months probation period, 28 days of vacation.

• You sit at the table for important decisions. Prices, clients, positioning, who we hire next. You will experience firsthand how a company develops, and you can help drive it.

• Mac and the AI tools you work best with. We consider this part of good work.

• Responsibility early on, not after two years. Own tasks in projects after a few weeks.

• Direct collaboration with the founder. You will learn from real decisions how to build a company, and you will see how AI is actually received in medium-sized businesses, not in demos.

• On-site in Ismaning near Munich, with the possibility of working from home partially depending on the tasks.

• Very direct feedback culture, in both directions.

Your First Weeks

In the first two weeks, you will get to know us and receive your first internal and project tasks. After three months, you will fully manage your tasks, including client contact, together with the founder.
