Job description
- We are building a Voice AI platform for DACH, which does not exist in Europe yet.
- The Voice AI market is growing with 35% per year.
- Our goal is to grow by 40% per month.
- We are looking for builders, not employees.

Tasks
- BUILD projects from scratch.
- Solve problems independently.
- Scale Sales, Affiliate, and Ops.
- BUILD processes, optimize, and scale.
- Work hand in hand with founders.
- Mandatory German language skills at native speaker level (hard exclusion criterion)
Qualification
- Self-starter with a genuine builder mindset.
- You feel comfortable in chaos: Ambiguity drives you forward.
- Analytically strong + clear communicator.
- High learning curve, high drive, and high expectations.
- Ownership: You want responsibility and cold execution.
- Mandatory German language skills at native speaker level (hard exclusion criterion)
