Founder's Associate – Strategy & Operations (m/f/d)

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a battery in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Your Tasks

• Analysis and optimization of processes in the lower funnel and identification of cross-selling potentials (heat pump)

• Creation, tracking, and interpretation of relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs

• Identification of process inefficiencies, also with the help of AI, as well as support in deriving and implementing improvement measures

• Participation in the development, implementation, and evaluation of measures to reactivate lost leads

• Close support/enablement of day-to-day business in sales, as well as close cooperation with Marketing, Operations, and Product for the implementation of data-driven optimizations

Your Profile

• Initial relevant professional experience (1-2 years) in management consulting, venture building, startup environment, or another scaling-oriented, fast-paced environment (Growth Operations/Business Development role)

• High degree of initiative, strong hands-on mentality, and the motivation to drive new topics independently from the initial idea to implementation

• You work in a structured and data-oriented manner, can quickly grasp complex interrelationships, and derive pragmatic recommendations for action from them

• Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus, but not a prerequisite

• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
