Founder's Associate (Strategy & Operations) Part-Time

Sediwork develops software for planning medical continuing education in hospitals. Our goal is to make the organization of further education and rotations significantly easier, more transparent, and efficient.

As a growing software company, we work closely with clinics and continuously develop our product.

You will work directly with the founders and be involved in strategic decisions regarding market, growth, and corporate development. The role offers a broad insight into the setup of a tech startup and plenty of room for design.

Aufgaben

You will work directly with the management team and support on strategic and operational topics.

Strategy & Market

Analysis of market, competition, and trends in the healthcare sector

• Preliminary preparation of strategic decisions for the management team
• Support in developing our market and growth strategy

Business & Operations

Structuring and implementation of important internal projects

• Setup and improvement of internal processes
• Preliminary preparation of analyses, reports, and decision-making bases

Organisation & Administration

Support in administrative topics and corporate organization

• Coordination with external partners

Management Support

Preliminary preparation of presentations, analyses, and decision-making bases

• Follow-up on important topics and projects

Qualifikation

Very structured and self-reliant working style

• Strong analytical skills and interest in strategic questions
• First experience in startup, consulting, strategy, operations, or finance is advantageous
• Safe handling of digital tools
• Very good German language skills
