Founder's Associate (Sales & Marketing) (f/m/x)

Pilot projects will scale.

Individual contacts will give rise to a robust network of operators, project developers, metering service providers, and emergency response services.

Now it's about building this next phase in a structured manner.

As Founders Associate, you will work closely with Jan-Peter (CEO) together and connect strategic corporate development with operational implementation in project management.

Aufgaben

You will work on topics directly related to growth and scaling.

Structure and Scaling

• Bau und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse
• Strukturierung von Vertriebs- und Angebotsprozessen
• Arbeit mit Notion und HubSpot zur klaren Prozess- und CRM-Organisation
• Vorbereitung strategischer Partnergespräche und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
• Übernahme eigenständiger Projekte mit zunehmender Verantwortung

Messen, Netzwerk und Community

• Planung und Umsetzung von Messeauftritten
• Mitgestaltung eigener Netzwerk- und Community-Formate
• Vernetzung verschiedener Branchen und Akteure
• Strukturierte Nachverfolgung und Weiterentwicklung von Kontakten

Sales and Marketing Unterstützung

• Unterstützung bei LinkedIn, Newsletter und Kampagnen
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Aufbereitung von Unterlagen mit Canva oder Adobe Tools
• Mitdenken bei Positionierung und Messaging

The role is possible both full-time and part-time or as a practical trainee or intern.

Qualifikation

You ideally have 1 to 3 years of professional experience, for example in the startup environment, consulting, project management, or sales-related fields. Very structured beginners with a clear claim also fit well.
