We are fenou, a Female-Health-Brand from Berlin. We develop natural products that really fit the female body because we ourselves didn't find a solution for our problems and therefore simply built one ourselves. Since 2021, we have been live and growing quickly.

Aufgaben

As Founders Associate, you will work directly with the management team and get the chance to look into almost all areas of a Female-Health-Startup and actively change things. You are not the person who watches, but the one who builds. We are looking for someone who wants to make processes smarter rather than just working them.

Aufgaben

• You automate processes in Marketing, Customer Support, and CRO (e.g., with tools like Claude, n8n, Gorgias AI, and more)
• You support the expansion of our Influencer Marketing, from research to implementation of campaigns
• You help optimize our shop (Landing Pages, A/B Tests, Conversion)
• You bring in your own ideas and implement them directly

Qualifikation

Qualifikation

• You are structured, reliable, and work independently
• You are tech- and tool-affine and have a desire to get into new systems (AI tools are not unfamiliar territory for you)
• You find practical solutions rather than perfect concepts
• You're interested in women's health, e-commerce, and building a brand
• You identify with our mission
• First experiences in e-commerce, marketing, or automation are a plus
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills (Spanish is a plus)
