Founders Associate Internship (m/f/d)

Your Entry as Founders Associate

Clever Chocolate makes chocolate without sugar, but with vitamins and offers varieties such as Sleep, Calm, Glow, and Immun. In our small team in Berlin, you will directly contribute to business development and take on your own responsibilities in operational implementation from the start.

Your Tasks

• Social Media: You will plan, produce, and publish content for Instagram and TikTok (photos, Reels, Stories), manage our community, and coordinate content from UGC creators.

• Newsletter: You will conceptualize, write, and send out our newsletter, especially around Black Friday and Christmas, and analyze the results.

• Christmas Markets: You will take responsibility for inventory planning, stocking, and replenishment for our six stands (November to December) and be present for setup and dismantling, as well as on individual market days.

• Organization: You will support management in daily business – coordinating tasks and appointments, communicating with partners and service providers – and manage your own project from start to finish.

What You Bring

• You are enrolled at a university and are required by your study or examination regulations to complete a mandatory internship, e.g., in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Nutritional Sciences.

• You have 3–6 months of full-time availability, ideally starting in November.

• You are comfortable on Instagram and TikTok and have a good sense for compelling images and texts.

• You write excellent German; good English is a plus.

• You work in a structured manner, are eager to get involved, and are available to work on Advent weekends.

• Experience with Canva or a newsletter tool is advantageous.

• You are motivated to make a difference and can imagine founding your own company later on.

• To start, we will have a brief online get-to-know-you session where we will discuss your previous experience, your questions, and the role.

• Finally, we will get to know each other in a longer in-person interview.
