As a Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with our founder Paul – you'll take on real responsibility from day one, drive your own initiatives, and bring operational topics really to fruition.

As Prop- & ClimateTech, we're building the modern infrastructure for digital measurement services and connecting IoT hardware, software, and operational excellence to make a high-complex value chain transparent, efficient, and scalable – from installing networked hardware to our complete Heidi-Dashboard with real-time data.

You'll work directly with our founder, sit down with him at a table, and get early responsibility, high speed, and an extremely steep learning curve.

Tasks

• You'll work directly with the Founder on projects with high leverage – across Operations, Sales, Product, and Strategy
• From day one, you'll take on concrete operational responsibility – you own your own customers and objects end-to-end, from onboarding new partners to steering property management companies, installers, and suppliers to final handover
• You'll keep the overview – know at any time where something stands, what's missing, and who's waiting for it
• You'll support occasional on-site visits at customer meetings and site inspections
• You'll drive your own initiatives from idea to implementation – translate unclear problems into concrete plans and bring them with measurable results to a close
• You'll explore new fields of application independently and set them up – whether CRM workflows, tool implementations, AI automation, or the seemingly small things that make the biggest difference
• You'll understand numbers, conduct market and competitive analyses, and lead decisions from there
• You'll build internal systems for reporting, documentation, and tracking that are actually used and actively bring improvement suggestions forward

Qualification

• Eigeninitiative is your default – you don't wait for assignments and work independently into new topics, tools, and processes
• You take yourself seriously: Sports and personal growth are not a nice-to-have for you

What you bring

• Ongoing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, a technical field (e.g., business engineering), real estate, or a similar field
• Ideal candidate with 2+ relevant internships and/or work experience in a startup, consulting, M&A, VC/PE environment, real estate, supply chain, or comparable intensity from another field
• High intrinsic motivation and strong entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to proactively drive your own projects, quickly learn, take on responsibility for various tasks, and handle uncertainties
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to approach complex problems in a structured, direct, and solution-oriented manner and deliver high-quality results
• Excellence in written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to different target groups, including customers, investors, suppliers, and partners
• Technical affinity (e.g., AI, IoT, SaaS) as well as interest or first experience in real estate, PropTech, ClimateTech, or energy are a plus
• German on native speaker level (not negotiable) and fluent English skills

How your role can develop exemplarily

• Month 1: Onboarding into our operational core processes, taking on first own customers and objects, parallel starting strategic projects
• Months 2-3: Broader operational responsibility, driving your own initiatives – whether in Sales, Product, or Partnerships – your first processes or systems are live
• Months 4–12: Full ownership over larger operational areas – who convinces gets a full-time offer and builds Heidi as a permanent employee long-term
• 12+ months: We recognize performance and reward it – who shows readiness takes on first team responsibility, grows into a leadership role, and shapes Heidi actively

Important: The entry as Founder's Associate is currently only possible within the framework of an internship (3-12 months).
