Founders Associate (Pflicht-Praktikum) (d/w/m)

Project Bay is the first CoWorking-Living Space with direct sea access and a new hotspot for innovation in the north. The themes of "Digitalization, Artificial Intelligence, and new mobility solutions" will be connected here with regional community, work-life balance, and nature pure. 

We offer our customers office and coworking spaces, break-out options, as well as trainings, leisure activities, and overnight stays directly at the sea on Rügen. Furthermore, we have an accelerator "Founders Bay",
to support young startups with a focus on sustainability. 

As of now, we are also building the first MakerSpace on the island of Rügen. Besides digital solutions, it is necessary to create a space for hardware solutions. With the synergies
of our new accelerator for sustainable startups and cooperations with universities, chambers, etc., we want to create a space for craftsmanship, self-employed, creative people, and startups. 

Besides these topics, we are working on new projects in the area: expansion with new spaces, IT solutions, car sharing, tiny houses, and much more.

Aufgaben

• You support the setup and development of new business areas and pursue self-reliant goals. 
• You support the management team in all organizational and administrative tasks. 
• You support the management team in all projects (IT company, car sharing, tiny houses, new spaces) 
• You create decision-making documents, presentations, and graphics including analyses. 
• You act as a communication interface between the management team and external business partners as well as employees in German and English. 
• You take over the preparation and follow-up of meetings and conference calls, including protocol-keeping. 
• You take over term coordination and control, especially prioritizing the agenda of the management team. 
• You organize international and national travel activities and create expense accounts.

Qualifikation

• You are studying economics, law, engineering or similar 
• You have very good German and secure English skills 
• You stand out with a reliable and above all independent working style 
• You have a passion for high-speed tempo, moving things forward, and structured and conscientious work 
• You have 40 hours per week available for the internship 
• It is advantageous if you have already gained first experiences in startups, agencies or consulting firms
