Aufgaben

• 🎯 Recruiting: You take over End-to-End Ownership of the recruiting process – you conduct first interviews, accompany candidates throughout the entire process, convince them of the company and close offers. You also coordinate external hiring agencies and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• 📊 Performance Management: You steer the implementation of our performance reviews, prepare the results structured and make them available to the management team as a decision-making basis for People decisions.
• ⚙️ People Operations: You steer contractual adjustments, manage EOR (Employer of Record) for international employees, ensure data maintenance in Personio, and coordinate preliminary payroll accounting with the tax consulting firm. On- and offboarding new employees is also in your hands.
• 💚 Kultur, Engagement & Office: You own our eNPS, collect regular feedback, and share insights with the management team. Strategic People initiatives like offsites and team events are organized independently by you. You are also responsible for steering our office management resource – so that the working day runs smoothly for everyone.
• 🎓 Commercial Graduate Program: You build our Commercial Graduate Program actively further on and develop it as a strategic lever for long-term talent growth in the organization.

Qualifikation

• You have completed your studies – study field flexible, business administration, psychology or social sciences from a renowned university.
• You have first experience (1-2 years) in the People or HR department – at least through an internship in recruiting, HR ops, or as a Founders Associate.
• You love detail is not just a phrase for you – you work structured and reliable, especially where errors have direct consequences. Confidentiality in handling sensitive personal data is self-evident to you.
• You are a warm, communicative person – candidates and team members feel comfortable with you from the start and well taken care of.
• Mankind is your driving force – you have genuine joy in contact with people, can get excited about People topics, and know that behind every process there is a person who wants to be well supported.
• You are ready to take responsibility from day one – for recruiting processes, People ops, and the well-being of our team.
• You speak German at a native level and English at C1 level
