ProviPanda is a growing HR-Tech startup from Hamburg and the largest sales job platform in the DACH region. Our team of 15+ employees is working to rethink the sales HR market.

Your Role

You are the central interface between management and daily operations. You work 1:1 with the founder, report directly to him, and solve problems independently instead of just passing them on.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for daily operations in the area of Operations (Customer Relations & Business Operations) and keep an overview of all ongoing issues.

• You are the interface between Business Operations, Customer Success, and Customer Support (and partly also Sales & Tech, but these are not primarily your areas).

• You bring topics from management into implementation and ensure they are completed.

• You can remain calm in difficult situations and enjoy solving complex problems.

• You set up processes, structures, and automations and continuously improve them.

• You review contracts, dunning, and administrative processes and develop them further.

Must-haves:

• High general intelligence and quick comprehension

• Technical affinity: You can quickly get to grips with new tools and think in systems

• You maintain an overview even with many parallel tasks

• Absolute reliability & high resilience

We will teach you everything else. What we do is not rocket science.

Nice-to-haves:

• Approx. 1 year of professional experience (e.g., consulting, startup, operations, customer success)

• Experience with contracts, legal matters, or dunning

• Experience with Slack, Notion, and modern tech stacks

• Experience in dealing with difficult customers
