We're launching a new brand in the area of Fitness & Men's Health with a patented product and a global market potential of over 100 Mio EUR. At the same time, you'll be building with an experienced founder on two already successful brands.

Für die neue Brand planen wir aktuell eine Angel-Runde mit einigen der bekanntesten Namen der deutschen Startup- und E-Commerce-Szene. Für die Stelle ist ein Paket aus Gehalt und Beteiligung vorgesehen.

Über den Gründer: Timo Stosius has previously built a VC-backed EdTech from 0 to 170+ employees (Top 100 Fastest Growing German Startups 2021, investors like HV Capital) and two successful DTC brands. Now we're building a brand group with a small, efficient team of A-players in Berlin.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Projekte: You'll be working directly with the founder on the most important levers of the brand group and be responsible for your own projects – for example, when launching new products or internationalization.
• Go-To-Market: You'll be designing the launch strategy for a completely new brand with – from positioning to the first landing pages to creatives for ads and social media, together with AI tools and service providers.
• Produktentwicklung: You'll be collecting feedback, driving prototypes forward, accompanying scientific studies, and coordinating everything until market readiness – side by side with our Head of Operations, who is responsible for our supply chain.
• Partnerschaften & Netzwerk: You'll find the right strategic partners and build long-term relationships with – creators, experts, investors, and the press.
• Fundraising: You'll be accompanying our angel round and subsequent financing rounds actively with – from preparing assets to the notary's office.

Qualifikation

• Strategisches Denken: You'll be working quickly into new topics, thinking entrepreneurially, and feeling comfortable in flexible structures.
• Wirtschaftliche Erfahrung: You'll be bringing first-hand experience from startups, consulting, or a strong business administration study (ideally WHU, EBS, HHL, etc.).
• Branchen-Know-how: Experience in e-commerce, fitness, healthcare, or fundraising is a plus.
• AI-Kompetenz: You're already regularly using Claude, ChatGPT & Co. and can build efficient workflows that save you and the team hours.
• Ästhetisches Gespür: You'll be setting creative assets for ads and web at a high level – yourself, with AI, or with freelancers.
• Deutsch-Skills: You'll be communicating professionally and precisely in German and English – with partners, in the team, or with service providers.
• Hybrid in Berlin: You'll be 2–3 days a week on-site in Berlin and working the rest remotely and asynchronously – structured and independently.
• Werte-Fit: Ideally, you have a personal connection to the topic of fitness and men's health – you know the scene around Andrew Huberman and Bryan Johnson or brands like ESN, Eight Sleep, and Whoop.
