Founder's Associate (m/f/d) – Full-Time Internship from November 2026

therapie1 is currently a physiotherapy practice in Munich-Pasing, and the beginning of something bigger. The physio market in Germany is highly fragmented, with mostly small individual practices everywhere. We want to disrupt this market and build a chain of physiotherapy practices with multiple locations. The next location is being planned, and you are joining right now. Backed by Super Angels and Thirty Eight Capital.

You will work directly next to Tobi

Tobi founded therapie1 in April 2026. Before that, he built a marketplace at home24 as SVP and member of the Executive Team, which achieved over €150 million in revenue in two years. At Amazon, he managed New Vendor Management for 17 categories, and at Boston Consulting Group, he was a Project Leader. You will work with him every day, be involved in decisions, and learn how to build a company from the ground up.

• Start: November 1, 2026 (or shortly thereafter)

• Duration: from 3 months, full-time, on-site in Munich-Pasing

• Possibility of conversion to permanent employment

• Paid internship, remuneration depends on internship type and experience

• Fluent German (minimum C1)

What you will work on in the coming months

• New Location: Search for locations and spaces and conduct due diligence: catchment area, competition, nearby doctors, rental agreement, business case. In the end, a decision proposal for Tobi.

• Recruiting Pipeline: Find therapists, receptionists, and trainers for our team. You will write the ads, approach people directly, maintain the pipeline in the CRM, conduct initial interviews, and accompany the process until an offer is made.

• Growth: acquire new patients, test campaigns, analyze results

• Social Media and Communication: Build Instagram and LinkedIn presence, plan and implement content, improve team communication

• Processes: Implement and document procedures in practice and administration so they work with the second location as well. Preferably with AI tools.

• Project Management: manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, keep Tobi's back free

• Investors: You will prepare the weekly meeting with our Super Angels (figures, progress, open questions), participate in it, and implement the outcomes.

What you bring

• You are studying or have just graduated; the field of study does not matter

• Fluent German, good English

• Initial experience in a startup, consulting, marketing, or with your own project

• You create your own structure and see things through

• You enjoy approaching people and can inspire others for an idea

• A feel for social media and good communication, enjoyment of numbers and AI tools
