Tasks

Your Role

As Founders Associate, you will work closely with the Founder, CEO, and COO to support the build-up and scaling of ELMI. You will be involved in central strategic and operational topics, coordinate cross-sectional projects, and ensure that important initiatives are implemented efficiently.

The role offers you a direct insight into the most important decisions and processes of a rapidly growing company – from strategy and finance to operations and business development.

Your tasks will include:

• Direct collaboration with Founder, CEO, and COO on strategic and operational topics
• SUPPORTING the management of and implementation of company-wide projects and initiatives
• Preliminary preparation of analyses, presentations, business cases, and decision-making bases
• SUPPORTING expansion themes, partnerships, and new business initiatives
• Coordination between internal teams and external partners and service providers
• SUPPORTING the structuring, optimization, and scaling of internal processes
• Taking independent responsibility for strategically relevant topics
• Preliminary preparation and follow-up of important meetings, priorities, and projects
• Identifying potential for improvement and developing practical solutions

Qualification

• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• High level of initiative and hands-on mentality
• Able to prioritize and drive multiple topics simultaneously
• Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
• First experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, operations, or strategy is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, finance, or comparable field
• Interest in technology, infrastructure, energy, or e-mobility
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools
• Very good German and English language skills
