As a Founders Associate at SPiNE Energy, you're right in the middle instead of just being there: You work directly with the founders, drive new initiatives forward, build internal processes, and shape the strategic and operational direction of the company. Whether it's finance, business development, partnerships or internal organization, no day is like the other. This is the ideal role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys having a real impact in the decisive early phase of a growth-oriented start-up (currently around 20 employees).

Aufgaben

• Strategische Projekte & Wachstumsinitiativen: You initiate and lead impactful projects that drive SPiNE's growth. Whether process optimization or new product initiatives, your work shapes the company's future.
• Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung: As a direct partner of the founders, you're deeply involved in operational and strategic decisions from market positioning to daily implementation.
• Operative Exzellenz: You optimize and standardize processes across all areas, from automation to performance tracking, so that SPiNE can scale with agility and efficiency.
• Finance & Performance Management: With precise analyses and impactful reporting, you steer the company's financial development and ensure that strategic goals are not only achieved but exceeded.
• Flexibilität & Vielseitigkeit: In an early start-up, roles are fluid. You wear many hats, from market analysis to supplier management, and quickly adapt to new topics.

Qualifikation

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You take the initiative, assume responsibility, and don't need close guidance. You build from scratch and feel comfortable in dynamic environments.
• Analytische Denkweise: You break down complex problems structuredly and deliver data-driven solutions on both strategic and operational levels.
• Proaktiv & ergebnisorientiert: You consistently prioritize according to the 80:20 principle, keep an overview of details, and work with the necessary drive to achieve goals.
• Stakeholder Management: You communicate securely on all levels, from internal teams to external partners, and ensure clarity and alignment in every interaction.
• Erfahrung & Ausbildung: Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable, 1-3 years of experience in a challenging environment like consulting, investment banking, or a growth-oriented start-up. Knowledge of the energy sector or sustainability is a plus.
• You speak fluent German and English and are willing to work regularly at our Munich office.
