Founders Associate (m/w/d)

To support our three founders, we are looking for a Founders Associate who will work directly at the interface of strategy and operational business.

Your Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with our founders and support them in strategic and operational matters.

You will be a sparring partner, implementer, and organizational talent in one person – and receive deep insights into the development of a strongly growing company.

You will take early responsibility for your own topics and projects and drive them forward independently.

The role has no disciplinary authority – you will work through close collaboration with the founders, clear mandates, and your content strength.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the founders in their daily operational business
• Conducting research on strategic topics, markets, and competitors
• Coordinating projects and cross-departmental themes
• Preliminary preparation of presentations, analyses, and decision-making bases
• Accompanying and tracking important initiatives
• Interface to various departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Finance)
• Support in structuring and prioritizing topics

What you bring

• A strong academic background or comparable practical experience with clear results
• You bring relevant experience from a challenging, dynamic environment (e.g., Consulting, Start-up or Scale-up) and have already independently driven topics or projects with measurable impact
• You take responsibility and have a clear understanding of results, priorities, and impact
• Strong analytical thinking and a very structured working style
• High initiative and an outstanding drive to really implement things
• Able to quickly penetrate complex topics and develop pragmatic, executable solutions
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance at all levels
• Very good German and English language skills

Office Arrangement

For this role, close collaboration with the founders is particularly important. Therefore, we generally expect a presence in the office from Monday to Thursday.

At the same time, we understand that there are individual situations – therefore, flexible exceptions are possible after consultation.
