About innovIT AG

innovIT AG is reimagining data centers: planned faster, built modularly, and implemented with technical precision. Behind our solutions is a team with over 15 years of experience in the planning, construction, and operation of data centers – all trades are handled in-house.

With our AI Factories, we are building the data center infrastructure for AI. As the CEO's right hand, you will be in the thick of it – building the team, introducing AI, and in sales.

Responsibilities

• You prepare and manage CEO projects – from AI implementation to team building.

• You support the sales of our AI Factories: research target customers, create presentations and offer documents, prepare and accompany appointments.

• You take responsibility for your own tasks – from day one.

Qualifications

• Completed degree, e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable – preferably directly after graduation

• Structured, fast, and independent

• Very good communication in German, good English

• Enthusiasm for AI, technology, and sales – and an entrepreneurial spirit

A plus: initial experience in startups, consulting, tech sales, or project work, pitch and presentation experience, understanding of data centers and infrastructure.

What we offer

• Direct collaboration with the CEO and a steep learning curve

• Responsibility from day 1 instead of making coffee

• AI and AI Factory: a future market that you actively help to shape

• Home office and travel to exciting customer appointments

• Permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation

• High-quality smartphone and laptop

You don't have much professional experience yet? This role is exactly for that. What counts are curiosity, speed, and the will to take responsibility.

You are right for us if...

• you prefer to get things done rather than wait,

• you want to learn as much as possible in a short time,

• and you are attracted to a company where your work is immediately visible.
