Hi, we are Golf Post, the digital home for golfers. From Cologne, we reach hundreds of thousands of golf enthusiasts in seven languages every month — this summer with an all-time record. With us, AI writes the articles, and the team uses AI agents to manage a platform that builds and operates everything from editorial to events to e-commerce itself.

I am Matthias, founder and CEO — and I'm looking for my right hand. Not for fetching coffee and not for strategy slides: The role existed with us before, and my last Founders Associate independently led our nationwide Matchplay tournament series — from planning and partner negotiations (including with Wilson Golf) to the final event — and in the process, revamped our internal processes with n8n and AI automations. This exact mix of doing and thinking along is what I'm looking for again.

What makes the role special: You're at the table for everything. Partner conversations, product decisions, numbers, priorities — you see how a digital media company is truly run, and you take over a piece of it yourself every week.

Tasks

- You will lead your own projects end-to-end — for example, our Matchplay tournament series: planning, partner support, execution, final event.

- You will free up the founder's workload: You prioritize, coordinate appointments and partners, prepare decisions — and then implement them.

- You will build automations that make us faster: with n8n, AI agents, and our internal tools, across marketing and operations.

- You will be a sparring partner: You will contribute to strategic topics, question them, and bring your own suggestions — and receive direct, unfiltered feedback.

- You will jump in wherever the need is greatest: editorial, events, partners, community — the role is intentionally broad, no two days are the same.

Qualification

- You have already organized something yourself — an event, a project, a small business, an initiative in a club. We are interested in the outcome, not how the plan looked.

- You are an implementer with structure: You can keep many balls in the air simultaneously and don't drop any.

- You speak fluent German and are regularly with us in Cologne — our partners, clubs, and events are here.

- You already use AI tools yourself as a tool in your daily life — we are interested in what you build with them, not what you have read about them.

- Discretion is a matter of course for you — you will gain deep insights into numbers and decisions.

- Golf affinity is a plus, enthusiasm for sports and curiosity are mandatory.
