konfetti is the booking platform and software for local workshops. Since our founding in April 2021, we have continuously developed our product and now work with more than 2,500 providers. In total, we can offer over 12,000 experiences in Germany, Austria, and online.

Your next Step - konfetti! As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with us Founders and be where decisions are made. You will take on your own projects, free up our time, and learn more about building a company in a short period than in most other jobs. Responsibilities

• Freeing up the Founders' time: You will provide operational support to us and jump in wherever the need is greatest.
• Tackling new initiatives: You will independently evaluate, test, and build new areas such as Corporate Gifting or Retail as a new channel, from the initial idea to handover to the team.
• Supporting teams operationally: You will actively contribute, especially in our Commercial Operations areas (Sales, Business Development, Partnerships).
• Improving processes: You will optimize ongoing workflows, drive automation, and ensure that things run more simply and efficiently.
• Everything else that comes up: We are a startup, a lot happens here. Be prepared for each day to bring something different.

Qualifications

• You have a very good university degree, preferably from a renowned university.
• Ideally, you have 1 to 2 years of professional experience, for example from management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup. If you have less experience but a real track record and drive, convince us anyway.
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and want to go full throttle. Pure 9-to-5 is not your thing.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and automation and like to base decisions on data.
• You work in a structured manner, take ownership, and independently bring projects to completion even when things are unclear.
• You are an open and communicative personality who likes to proactively approach people.
• You want to work in the office: short distances, quick decisions, direct exchange.
• Your German and English language skills are both negotiation-level fluent and fluid.
