Founder's Associate - Marketing & Growth (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team at Sunpeak Capital. Our company is dedicated to making the energy transition a reality by investing in renewable energies and reducing CO2 emissions.

Sunpeak Capital was founded by Konstantin and Jan, who previously worked at Cloover, a fintech scale-up that finances PV installations. They recognized the potential of directing capital towards sustainable energy projects and decided to create their own company.

We are looking for a Founders Associate in Marketing & Growth to develop our marketing strategy and set it up operationally with us. You will work closely with the founders to establish our brand as a thought leader in the field of optimized energy investments.

The ideal candidate has a degree from a top-tier university in marketing, communication, or a related field. They should have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and be able to take on responsibility. A strong understanding of design and experience with Canva is also necessary.

We offer an attractive salary of 3,000 € per month, as well as membership in the Urban Sports Club. Our office in Berlin offers a rooftop pool, gym, and barista-quality coffee. We also provide regular team events and lunches to strengthen our bond.
