Qualification

1. Experience in a startup environment, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
2. High learning readiness and extraordinary engagement
3. Strong analytical skills and experience with strategic planning and company management.
4. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
5. Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to quickly react to market changes.
6. Fluent German and English language skills.
