Founders Associate Intern (m/f/d) - Berlin, immediate start

Work directly alongside our founders – on two of the most exciting products the German fintech market has to offer right now.

UnitPlus is an investment platform that combines corporate and private client business under one roof – both with a genuine ambition to change the market. In B2B, we are developing the first AI Treasury Agent that automates and intelligently invests corporate liquidity – a completely new approach to a multi-billion euro topic that has so far gathered dust in Excel spreadsheets. In B2C, together with J.P. Morgan Asset Management, we are launching our own retirement savings portfolio and finally making modern retirement planning accessible.

Based in Berlin and supported by renowned investors and business angels, we are looking for support in Business Development starting immediately.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our management team and make UnitPlus even better known.

Responsibilities

• You will work directly with the founders and management on strategically important topics – from product to partnerships to business development.
• You will support diverse projects end-to-end: preparing analyses, building decision-making bases, driving implementation – depending on where the immediate need is.
• You will initiate and independently manage B2B cooperations with exciting brands and companies, from initial contact to implementation.
• You will naturally use AI tools for analysis and automation – we expect you to think along and help improve processes.
• You will prepare topics for internal and external stakeholders – clearly, concisely, and in a decision-ready manner.

Qualifications

• You are looking for an internship for up to 3 months as part of your studies.
• You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Management, or similar (Bachelor's or Master's degree) – career changers with the right drive are welcome.
• Ideally, you have initial experience from a startup, consulting firm, Business Development, or a comparable environment.
• You work in a structured, independent, and fast-paced manner, think entrepreneurially, and can keep an overview even when juggling multiple topics.
• You are confident using AI tools – or are very eager to take this to the next level here.
• You want to learn rapidly and are willing to take responsibility for it.
