Founder's Associate Intern - Stealth Startup

As Founders Associate Intern, you will work directly alongside the founding team and be involved in the most important strategic and operational topics. You will help develop new ideas and business approaches and hands-on implement them. You will take on responsibility from the outset, drive your own projects forward, and ensure that ideas turn into concrete results. In addition to Business Development and Business Operations, you will also be closely involved in daily business and coordinate important interfaces with investors, banks, and other stakeholders.

We are deliberately looking for not a classic intern, but someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and real drive, who wants to help build a company from the ground up. The role is more than an internship: our goal is to ideally bring the person on board as the first full-time hire in the long term.

What it's about

The energy transition needs capital. At the same time, the market for renewable energy projects is growing in Germany – but the right financing is still too rarely achieved efficiently. What is currently missing is a tech layer that intelligently connects investors, project developers, and banks.

We believe that there is enormous potential here. That's why we are currently working in stealth mode on a new solution that addresses exactly this. For this, we are looking for people who want to take on responsibility from the start, contribute their own ideas, and actively shape development. What you will do in the 6 months

A large part of your work will be to keep the daily business running, drive topics forward independently, and ensure that we as a company become faster and faster. At the same time, you will work closely with the founding team on strategic issues and help develop the hypotheses that determine our direction and growth.

• Operations: You will manage the process with investors from the initial inquiry to the financing closing. You will coordinate the associated processes and further develop our operational workflows.

• Strategy: Together with the founding team, you will further develop our company strategy and build the financial model with which we plan and manage our growth.

• AI and Automation: You will build with AI and no-code tools, automate processes, and take our platform to the next level.

• Go-to-Market: You will actively participate in our market entry, identify potential partners, and build relationships with banks and other financiers.

What you bring

• Ideally, you have completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree, or are close to completing it. However, this is not a mandatory requirement.

• First internships in startups, consulting, or venture capital.

• Experience in finance or in the field of renewable energies is a plus.

• You think entrepreneurially, recognize problems, and don't wait for someone to give you the solution.

• You work with AI tools daily and directly implement new tools in your work.

• You make decisions even when not all information is available, and stand by the outcome.

• You are interested in the energy transition.

• Fluent German and English

Probably not a good fit if...

• you are looking for a classic internship with clearly defined tasks and fixed routines.

• you feel more comfortable with clear instructions than developing your own solutions.

• you prefer to wait for approvals than to start yourself.

• setbacks quickly throw you off track. In an early-stage company, many things don't work the first time, and problems often land on the table unfiltered.

• you want to spend the whole day polishing the big strategy. Daily life in the early stage consists largely of implementation, even for the founders.
