Founder's Associate Intern - New Venture (w/m/d)

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy – from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. The core of our system is our AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.

Your Tasks

• You will quantify market potentials of our currently strategically most important new venture and conduct well-founded feasibility analyses in close cooperation with the Enpal expert network.

• You will take full end-to-end ownership for initial project pilots in „Founder Mode“: from customer acquisition and project planning to operational construction site support.

• You will prepare strategic documents for C-level check-ins and directly support management in decision-making.

• You will design and implement scalable sales and operations processes to successfully roll out our products nationwide.

• You will moderate internal workshops to identify additional growth potentials and enhance collaboration within the organization.

Your Profile

• You are in an advanced stage of, or have very successfully completed, your Bachelor's/Master's degree at a top-tier business school

• You have work experience or internships in fast-growing companies such as startups or in management consulting

• You are characterized by a proactive and highly solution-oriented approach to work

• Strong analytical approach with the competence to deconstruct complex problems and communicate messages in a structured (top-down) manner

• Excellent practical judgment and the ability to consistently prioritize according to the 80/20 principle

• You have a determined work ethic and a high degree of responsibility

• You set high quality standards for yourself and others and demonstrate a can-do mentality that motivates others

• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
