Founder’s Associate Intern - Growth Office

We are building the next big Hydration & Taste Brand.

bottleplus has the mission to solve a simple yet huge problem: people drink too little water – and consume too much single-use plastic. We have built a water sprayer that makes PET bottles (on-the-go) unnecessary, and now we're taking the next step: Taste. Functional, everyday, and scalable.

Tasks

We are at the point where good ideas no longer suffice – clean execution does. Growth at bottleplus means: Influencer Marketing, Go-to-Market, Launches, Processes, Tests. And someone who gets involved where it's most effective right now. You will work directly with the Founders in the Growth Office.

What you'll do:

• Influencer Marketing & Operations (≈50%)
  Research, coordination, campaign support, reporting, bringing structure to processes
• Go-to-Market & Marketing (≈30–40%)
  Support for launches and growth initiatives for our Taste products
  Close cooperation with the CMO
• Growth & PR Support (≈10–20%)
  Research, analysis, external themes where relevant

In short: You will work on what brings growth this week.

Most internships are observer roles. This one isn't. You're close to real decisions, real numbers, and real execution. You see how growth really works – not as a case study, but live. You will work with the Founders, not for them. When we talk about new launches, influencer strategies or growth channels, you'll be sitting at the table.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies (BWL, Marketing, Economics o. Ä.)
• Strong interest in Growth, Startups, Influencer Marketing
• Structured, reliable work style
• Very good English, German an advantage
• Most important criterion: Hands-on mentality & motivation to build something real
