Founder’s Associate Intern - Growth + Business Development (all genders)

Millions of cars drive through Germany every day. With space that is not being used. We are changing that.

MUVN connects drivers with free cargo space with people who need to transport something. Cheaply, insured, without detours. No new fleet. No new logistics. Simply better utilization of what is already on the road.

You will get your own project in three or six months of internship. Tailored to your profile and what MUVN really needs right now. No hodgepodge of tasks. A real topic for which you bear responsibility from beginning to end.

Tasks

What you do specifically depends on you. At the beginning, we will look together where your strengths lie and where we need the biggest leverage. Your focus will emerge from this. The areas in which we work:

• Business Development
  You identify growth levers, research markets and partnership potentials, and turn ideas into concrete decision-making bases. Not just for the drawer.

• Operations & Process Optimization
  You make what doesn't scale yet scalable. You identify friction in processes and build solutions, not just reports.

• Marketing & Growth
  You develop and test growth strategies, work on performance marketing, and measure what really works. Gut feeling is a start. Data is the goal.

• Collaboration with the Founders
  You work directly with Katharina, Massimo, and Emre. You see how decisions are made and contribute your perspective.

Qualification

You are studying business administration, industrial engineering, management, or something similar. Or you have a different background and can still explain why you are exactly the right fit.
