Founder's Associate Intern

The German healthcare system is a €341 billion market – one of the largest and least digitalized in the world. We are building the AI infrastructure that reorganizes it.

Doctario automates the private billing according to GOÄ – a process that currently runs mostly manually in German clinics and practices. Our product is live, customers pay, and the pipeline is fuller than we can handle. At the beginning of the year, we closed a seed round just below the seven-figure mark within four weeks.

Now we are looking for the first Founder's Associate Intern.

Tasks

You will work directly with the founders. Whatever lands on their desk will land on yours: a clinic pitch in two days, an investor update, a sales process that does not yet exist, a market entry question without an obvious answer.

You will take these topics, structure them, and deliver. Strategically, if the problem is strategic. Operationally, if it is operational. Mostly both.

Qualification

Background in Top-Tier Consulting, IB, VC or Venture Development – as an internship, in your own startup, or comparable. We don't say that because logos are important to us, but because the role requires a level of structured thinking that you learn there.

What's more important: You build yourself. You don't wait for someone to tell you how the sales process should look – you design it, set it up, and lead the first meetings. You work precisely, communicate clearly, and use KI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion) naturally, to be faster than others.

German on a native speaker's level is a prerequisite – we work closely with customers, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Benefits

€2,400 per month. At least 3 months, on-site in Munich. Fully equipped office at Odeonsplatz, EGYM Wellpass, best tooling. You will work daily with the founders.
