Founders Associate: Growth & Strategy (m/w/d)

We negotiate billions of savings and then lose them again, because after contract signing no one controls whether the conditions on the invoice actually come true. qado is building an AI platform that closes this gap and helps companies realize their negotiated savings.

As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founders on topics that drive qado forward. Sometimes you'll win new customers and lead the first conversations yourself, sometimes you'll work on big strategic questions like new target industries or pricing, depending on where it matters most.

Tasks

1. Test new channels and target groups independently and find out where qado grows fastest.
2. Go directly to customers, understand their problems, and show them how qado solves them.
3. Work closely with the founders on strategic topics like new target industries, pricing, and partnerships.
4. Built processes and tools that allow us to scale, and make data-based decisions.
5. Bring customer feedback into the product team and help so that qado can continue to improve.

Qualification

1. You have experience from a demanding environment, such as startup, consulting, growth, or business development.
2. You work independently, take on responsibility, and don't need someone to hold your hand.
3. You are curious and don't settle for the first answer.
4. You approach people openly and aren't afraid of direct customer contact.
5. Very good German and English skills.
