Now we're looking for you: as Founders Associate with a strong sense of entrepreneurial thinking, innovative solutions, and efficient processes. In this role, you shape the development and operational growth of a dynamic Tech-Scale-up significantly – at the interface between implementation, innovation, and strategic expansion.

Tasks

• Business Development & Go-to-Market-Strategy: You develop our Go-to-Market-Strategy actively with – from strategic positioning to target group appeal to concrete market entry strategies. You work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product together, optimize customer journeys, and build effective sales channels.
• Business Cases & Analyses: You create data-based business cases, models, and economic analyses – robust, practical, and decision-relevant.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives: You develop new use cases and unlock growth potential – e.g., through collaborations with consultancies, associations, or relevant platforms.
• Market- & Target Group Analysis: You identify new market opportunities and target groups in the ESG field and develop from them sustainable, scalable strategies for our business development.
• KPI- & Performance Steering: You design and implement data-based key performance indicators that ensure clear transparency and targeted steering of our operational and strategic goals. You always keep the big picture in mind and use numbers as a basis for informed decisions – without losing your entrepreneurial intuition.

Qualification

• You bring first to several years of experience from high-performance environments with – whether from startups, VCs, management consultancies or even from your own foundation.
• Your studies you completed with very good results, e.g., in business administration or a comparable field.
• You bring a good understanding of entrepreneurial challenges with (ideally in the midmarket) – or work yourself quickly and deeply into new topics.
• You tackle things actively, work structured, and find practical solutions for every problem. With your clear focus on implementation, you drive topics forward quickly.
• You convince through excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a high analytical understanding.
• You have interest in sustainability topics (e.g., ESG, CSRD, CO₂-balance) – you don't have to be an expert, but open for new things.
