Founder's Associate - Finance & Operations (Part-time)

You want to take ownership – and set up finance so that a startup grows faster and cleaner? Then this is not a classical admin role, but an early key position: You build our operational backbone with it, relieve the CEO of all financial/reporting-relevant matters, and work on operational topics with direct product relevance as needed.

We are looking for ambitious and willing personalities who want to work part-time – but deliver maximum impact in that time.

The role is deliberately designed as a part-time position (approx. 15-25 hours per week). We value it that you take on real responsibility in this time and drive topics end-to-end. A later expansion is possible if there is mutual fit and growing complexity, but not mandatory.

Tasks

• Financial Operations: Preparation of accounting (including document and invoice processes), coordination with the tax consultant, and clean filing, release, and follow-up processes.
• Controlling & Reporting (including Financial Planning): You build a lean, phase-accurate setup for budget vs. actual, runway/cash, and unit economics, and maintain it. You also deliver reliable management overviews and regular reports (monthly/quarterly) including KPI tracker.
